What is an Airbnb co-host?
A co-host helps you manage your listing — guest messages, pricing, check-ins, cleaning and reviews — while you stay the owner of the listing and the property. Co-Hostli does this for 700+ listings.
Do you offer co-hosting services outside Dubai?
Yes. We are based in Dubai and also co-host for hosts and holiday home companies worldwide, with remote services like 24/7 guest messaging, pricing and listing optimisation.
How fast do you reply to guests?
Our support team works 24/7 and replies within 5–10 minutes on average.
Do I need a DTCM holiday-home permit in Dubai?
Yes — every short-term rental in Dubai must be registered. We handle the application and renewals for you.
Can I still stay in my property?
Of course. Block any dates in advance and we keep them free for you.
How and when do I get paid?
Booking payouts go directly from Airbnb and the other platforms into your own account. You then pay Co-Hostli monthly, as per the terms agreed in your contract.
What if a guest damages something?
Each booking platform (OTA), such as Airbnb, has its own damage protection. If anything is damaged, we file the claim with that platform for you and follow it up until it is settled.
What do I need to get started?
We sign a simple co-hosting contract with you. For KYC, we ask for your trade licence when signing the contract.
Can you set up Hostaway, Guesty or Hospitable for me?
Yes. We handle setup, migration, channel connection and automations.
Do you build direct booking websites?
